Bryan Schnitker

Connect with Bryan on LinkedInBryan Schnitker is the all-in founder and CEO of BlueCord Opps. He brings more than 20 years of leadership, growth, operations, and P&L experience. Before leading BlueCord full time, he spent more than six years helping grow and shape federal health technology at VetsEZ, where he played a key role in capturing more than $450 million in new business.
Bryan has led large, distributed teams, managed complex federal programs and business units, and built strategic partnerships by connecting customer needs, talented people, and practical solutions. He founded BlueCord to keep leaders close to the mission, trust talented people to take ownership, and create meaningful outcomes through technology.
A former U.S. Army infantry officer, Bryan deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, earned the Bronze Star Medal, and served as a company commander at the most wonderful military post, Fort Polk, Louisiana, before concluding his military career. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins University. He also holds PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, and SAFe Agilist certifications.
